A total of 15 people, including 4 college students, were in police custody Monday afternoon in the anti-terrorism investigation into the murder on Friday of a teacher near Paris, we learned from a judicial source.

The ten other police custody are those which had started since Friday evening and during the weekend. First of all, the family circle, with the assailant's parents, grandfather and little brother, arrested in Évreux (north-west).

At around 5 p.m. local time on Friday, Abdoullakh Anzorov beheaded Samuel Paty, a history and geography professor, near the college where he taught in a quiet area of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, before being killed nine times by police 200 meters away.
The teacher had recently shown caricatures of Muhammad to his 4th year students (aged 13), as part of a course on freedom of expression.
According to the source close to the file, several relatives declared in police custody that the radicalization of Abdullakh Anzorov dates from
a few months to over a year.
His family circle told investigators that Anzorov had
mentioned the controversy aiming at the professor, but not his macabre deed to come.
