Radical movement “the Taliban” refused to continue to participate in negotiations on the exchange of prisoners with the Afghan government, said the official representative of polytopes the Taliban in Qatar, Suhail Shaheen.
Earlier, representatives of the radical movement “Taliban” declared that the agreement reached by them with the United States, has been violated by Washington and supported by the government of Afghanistan.
